Kurdai Buyer Questions

Kurdai is a traditional Maharashtra sun-dried snack, shaped into small curled or coiled pieces and fried before eating. It is commonly served as a side snack or added to bhajis and everyday meals across Maharashtra households.
We manufacture 4 kurdai SKUs: Rice Kurdai, Nachani (finger millet) Kurdai, Rawa (semolina) Kurdai, and Pure Gahu (wheat) Chika Kurdai.
Standard minimum order is 50 kg per SKU for wholesale and distributor orders. OEM/private label orders require a minimum of 500 kg per SKU.
200g, 500g and 1kg packs across all kurdai SKUs, with 5kg bulk packs available for the Rice Kurdai variant.
Like our other products, kurdai is traditionally sun-dried rather than machine-dried, giving it an authentic texture. Shelf life is 9 to 18 months depending on the variant and packaging used.
