Palak Papad

Palak papad in its leafy green texture is made of poha ( rice flakes) flour and healthy Spinich pulp. Each pappad is made in a small circular round shape. Like other papad varieties, upon frying in oil, Palak papad becomes crispy, which can be served as a side dish for any veg meal or as a starter. Specially designed round-shaped Palak papad will be an attractive food for the young ones. Poha flour is combined with Spinich pulp to get life Green colored dough which is later rolled to get the small round-shaped papads. Papads are dried in sunlight under UV technology to get the desired product. Keeping its nutrients intact.
