Beetroot Papad

Beetroot Papad in its light violet texture is made of poha ( rice flakes) flour and healthy beetroot. Each pappad is made in a small circular round shape. Like other papad varieties, upon frying in oil, beetroot papad becomes crispy, which can be served as a side dish for any veg meal or as a starter. Specially designed round-shaped beetroot papad will be an attractive food for the young ones. Poha flour is combined with mashed beetroot to get a violet-colored dough which is later rolled to get the small round-shaped papads. Papads are dried in sunlight under UV technology to get the desired product. Keeping its nutrients intact.
